- 1 cup brewed Catuaba bark tea (or yerba mate for an energy boost)
- 2 tbsp acai berry puree (unsweetened)
- 1 tsp grated fresh ginger
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper
- 1/2 cup cold water or coconut water
- Ice (optional)
Instructions
- Brew the Catuaba or yerba mate and let it cool slightly.
- In a blender, combine all ingredients.
- Blend for 30–60 seconds until smooth.
- Pour into a tall glass. Add ice if desired.
- Drink first thing in the morning or 30 minutes before your largest meal.
Notes
- Best enjoyed chilled and fresh. Not recommended late at night due to stimulating effects.
