Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • ½ cup kale (stems removed)
  • ½ cup frozen mango
  • ½ cup frozen pineapple
  • ½ banana
  • 1 tsp freshly grated ginger
  • Juice of ½ lime
  • 1 cup coconut water (or filtered water)
  • 34 ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Add spinach and kale to the blender first.
  2. Follow with mango, pineapple, banana, and ginger.
  3. Squeeze in fresh lime juice.
  4. Pour in the coconut water.
  5. Add ice cubes.
  6. Blend on high for about 45 seconds until smooth and creamy.
  7. Taste and adjust the lime or ginger if desired.
  8. Pour into a chilled glass and enjoy immediately.
