Ingredients

- 1 cup fresh spinach
- ½ cup kale (stems removed)
- ½ cup frozen mango
- ½ cup frozen pineapple
- ½ banana
- 1 tsp freshly grated ginger

- 1 cup coconut water (or filtered water)
- 3–4 ice cubes
Instructions
- Add spinach and kale to the blender first.
- Follow with mango, pineapple, banana, and ginger.
- Squeeze in fresh lime juice.
- Pour in the coconut water.
- Add ice cubes.
- Blend on high for about 45 seconds until smooth and creamy.
- Taste and adjust the lime or ginger if desired.
- Pour into a chilled glass and enjoy immediately.
